Product Families
Submersible Pump Sections
Multistage centrifugal pump assemblies built from stacked impeller-and-diffuser stages, sized by series diameter and stage count to deliver a target rate and lift. Selection depends on flow range, fluid viscosity, and abrasive or gassy conditions.
Submersible Motors
Oil-filled, two-pole induction motors that drive the pump from below the string, rated by horsepower, voltage, and amperage. Heat is removed by produced fluid flowing past the motor housing, so adequate flow velocity is required for motor cooling.
Seal / Protector Sections
The unit between motor and intake that equalizes wellbore and motor-oil pressure, absorbs shaft thrust, and isolates motor oil from well fluid. It allows motor-oil thermal expansion while keeping contaminants out of the motor.
Gas Separators and Intakes
Pump intake components, including rotary and vortex gas separators, that admit fluid to the first stage while diverting free gas to limit gas lock. Used where high gas-to-liquid ratios would otherwise degrade pump performance.
ESP Power Cable
Armored, downhole power cable in round or flat configuration that carries three-phase power from surface to the motor, available in copper or aluminum conductors with elastomer or lead insulation for high-temperature and gassy wells. A short, smaller flat motor-lead extension connects the cable to the motor head.
Surface Power and Control Equipment
Surface-mounted switchboards, variable speed drives (VSD), step-up/step-down transformers, and junction boxes that supply, condition, and protect the ESP power supply. VSDs allow the operator to vary motor speed to match changing well inflow.
Downhole Monitoring Systems
Sensor packages mounted below the motor that report intake and discharge pressure, motor and fluid temperature, vibration, and current leakage to surface. The data supports run-life management and early detection of upset conditions.
Specialty and Dual-Zone ESP Configurations
Application-specific arrangements such as horizontal surface ESPs, dual-zone (commingled or selective) ESP completions, and ESP bypass (Y-tool) systems that allow wireline access or coiled tubing through the completion past the pump. These address multi-reservoir, intervention-access, or surface-pumping requirements.
