Product Families
Pumping Units (Pump Jacks)
Surface units that convert prime-mover rotation into the reciprocating motion of the rod string, including conventional beam (horsehead) units, air-balanced, Mark II, and long-stroke configurations built per API Spec 11E.
Sucker Rods
Steel or fiberglass rods, typically 25 or 30 ft long with threaded pin connections, that transmit reciprocating motion from the surface unit down to the subsurface pump in compliance with API Spec 11B.
Pony Rods and Polished Rods
Short rods used to make up the string to total depth (pony rods) and the smooth, hardened rod (polished rod) that passes through the stuffing box and carries the full surface load at the wellhead.
Subsurface (Sucker Rod) Pumps
Downhole reciprocating pumps with a plunger, barrel, and traveling and standing ball-and-seat valves, available in insert (rod) and tubing pump styles per API Spec 11AX, that lift produced fluid into the tubing.

Surface and downhole load-position instruments that record dynamometer (pump) cards to diagnose pump fillage, fluid pound, gas interference, and rod-string loading for optimization and pump-off control.
Rod Inspection and Refurbishment Services
Field and shop services that inspect, classify, straighten, recondition, and recertify used sucker rods and polished rods to extend service life and reduce rod-string failures.
