Data Loggers

Battery-powered pressure and temperature recorders run into the wellbore on slickline, coiled tubing, or as part of a tool string to store data internally for retrieval at surface. Used in well testing, pressure transient analysis, and reservoir surveillance where real-time telemetry is unavailable.

Gauge and sensor packages cabled to a surface acquisition unit that display and record measurements in real time during the job. Common in well testing, perforating, and intervention work where immediate decision-making is required.

Field acquisition units that accept several sensor inputs (pressure, temperature, flow, level) on independent channels and log them on a common time base. Used to instrument wellheads, separators, test packages, and pumping operations.

Compact, often battery-powered loggers that record one or a few parameters such as temperature, pressure, or humidity at set intervals. Applied to storage tanks, chemical injection skids, and equipment health checks where simple unattended recording is needed.

Loggers that capture vibration, speed, or acceleration data from rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and motors. Support predictive maintenance by trending machine condition over time.

Loggers with wired or wireless communications (serial, Ethernet, cellular, or radio) that transmit stored and live data to a control room or SCADA host. Used for remote wellsites, pipelines, and unmanned facilities.

Loggers certified for use in classified hazardous areas, where energy is limited or enclosures contain ignition. Required at wellheads, production pads, and processing areas with flammable atmospheres.
