Pressure Gauges
Mechanical indicating instruments, typically Bourdon-tube type, that provide local visual readout of process pressure on a dial face. Available in liquid-filled and dry versions with various connection sizes, accuracy grades, and wetted materials.
Pressure Transmitters
Electronic instruments that sense pressure and output a standardized signal such as 4-20 mA, HART, or a digital fieldbus value for control and telemetry. Configured as gauge, absolute, or differential types for surface measurement and flow inference.
Pressure Transducers
Compact sensing elements, commonly piezo-resistive or capacitive, that convert pressure into a low-level voltage or current signal for instrumentation and data acquisition. Used where a small footprint and high-frequency response are required.
Diaphragm and Chemical Seals
Isolating assemblies that separate the instrument's sensing element from corrosive, viscous, or solids-bearing process fluid using a flexible diaphragm and fill fluid. NACE-compliant versions are specified for sour service to resist sulfide stress cracking.
Pressure Switches
Electromechanical or solid-state devices that actuate a contact when pressure crosses a set point, providing alarm or shutdown signals. Used in safety and control interlocks on wellheads, compressors, and pumping systems.
Downhole Pressure and Temperature Gauges
Memory or surface-readout instruments run into the wellbore to record bottom-hole pressure and temperature for reservoir testing and surveillance. Core to pressure build-up (PBU) and drawdown analysis of well and reservoir performance.
Gauge Accessories and Instrument Fittings
Supporting hardware including snubbers, siphons, gauge cocks, syphon loops, manifolds, and instrument tubing or line spooling that protect, isolate, and connect pressure instruments. Selected for rated working pressure, material compatibility, and mounting configuration.
Wellsite Pressure Monitoring Systems
Integrated surface packages combining transmitters, data loggers, and telemetry to track wellhead and flowline pressures in real time. Often tied into SCADA and used for production surveillance and pipeline leak detection.
