Pressure Transducers

Transducers with integral signal conditioning that output a calibrated, scaled signal such as 4-20 mA, HART, or a digital protocol referenced to engineering units. Used for loop-powered process and line-pressure monitoring on separators, manifolds, and pipelines.

High-temperature, high-pressure gauges run on wireline, slickline, or permanently installed in the completion to measure bottomhole pressure and temperature. Used for reservoir surveillance, well testing, and permanent downhole monitoring.

Rugged transducers fitted with API 1502 hammer-union connections for high-pressure frac, cementing, and well-service iron. Rated for the abrasive, high-shock service of pumping and treating lines.

Sealed, vented-cable transducers designed for continuous immersion to measure hydrostatic level or pressure in tanks, sumps, wells, and produced-water service. Construction resists corrosion and water ingress over long submerged deployments.

Sensors with two process ports that measure the pressure difference across an element such as an orifice plate, filter, or column. Used for flow measurement, level by hydrostatic head, and filter or separator monitoring.

Single-port sensors referenced either to local atmosphere (gauge) or to a sealed vacuum (absolute). Selected based on whether the measurement must be independent of barometric variation.

Transducers built and certified for explosive atmospheres using explosion-proof, intrinsically safe, or flameproof methods. Required for Class I Division 1/2 or ATEX/IECEx zoned areas around wellsites and process units.

Process-isolated transducers mounted to wellhead, choke, and gathering-manifold connections to monitor casing, tubing, and line pressures. Often integrated with API 6A pressure-containing equipment and SCADA telemetry.
