Thru Tubing Equipment

Mud motors, mills, and carbide-dressed cutting tools run on coiled tubing to drill out composite or cast-iron frac plugs, cement, and scale inside casing. They convert hydraulic flow into rotary torque to mill obstructions during plug-and-perf cleanout.

Downhole isolation devices set in casing to seal a wellbore zone for stimulation, testing, or abandonment. Frac plugs provide temporary stage isolation during multistage fracturing and are later milled out, while bridge plugs provide longer-term mechanical isolation.

Drillable downhole tools that combine a packer and a check valve to control squeeze cement placement, holding cement in the target interval while preventing flowback. Used during remedial cementing and zonal plugging operations.

Slimhole overshots, spears, magnets, and jars sized to pass through tubing to retrieve lost or stuck objects such as wireline, tool debris, or junk from the wellbore. They engage and recover fish during intervention to restore well access.

Whipstocks, anchors, and starting/window mills used to create a controlled casing exit for sidetracking or re-entry drilling. The assembly deflects the bit against the casing wall to mill a window into the formation.

Mechanical or swellable patch assemblies that seal corrosion holes, splits, or leaks in casing and tubing without a full string replacement. The patch is expanded or set across the damaged interval to restore pressure integrity.

Agitators, jetting nozzles, and circulation subs run on coiled tubing to remove sand, scale, and fill from the wellbore. Agitators apply axial vibration to reduce friction and extend reach in horizontal cleanout runs.

Connectors, check valves, disconnects, circulating subs, and centralizers that make up the thru tubing bottom hole assembly. These components provide flow control, contingency release, and string stabilization during intervention.
