Mud Pump Modules

Forged or cast high-pressure blocks that form the wet end of a mud pump, containing the suction and discharge valve bores, liner bore, and fluid passages. Sold as a complete module so a damaged section can be swapped without rebuilding the full pump.

Modules built to a specific maximum working pressure, commonly 5000 psi or 7500 psi, with wall thickness, bore design, and metallurgy matched to that rating. Buyers select by rated pressure to suit the planned hydraulic program.

Replaceable cylindrical liners and the pistons (swabs) that reciprocate inside them to displace drilling fluid. These are the highest-wear expendables in the fluid end and are sized to the pump's bore and stroke.

Spring-loaded suction and discharge valve assemblies with mating seats that control one-way flow on each pump stroke. Supplied as matched valve-and-seat sets for a given module size.

Hydraulically actuated cylinders, piston rods, and intermediate (pony) rods that connect the power end crosshead to the fluid-end piston. They transmit the reciprocating load and are sized to the pump's rated horsepower and pressure.

Complete mud pump units driven by AC variable-frequency motors, supplied with the fluid-end modules, power end, and skid. Common on modern rigs for variable-speed control of circulation rate and pressure.

Consumable wear parts for the fluid end, including seals, packing, valve springs, and gaskets. Stocked as kits to support routine replacement during drilling operations.
