Dehydration Equipment
Product Families
Glycol (TEG) Dehydration Units
Packaged systems that circulate triethylene glycol to absorb water vapor from natural gas and regenerate the glycol with heat. They are the workhorse of field gas dehydration and are sized by gas flow rate, operating pressure, and required outlet water content.
Contactor Towers
Vertical absorber columns, internally fitted with trays or structured/random packing, where lean glycol contacts wet gas countercurrently to strip out water vapor. Tower diameter and internals are set by gas velocity and the target dew-point depression.
Glycol Reboilers and Regeneration Skids
The thermal section that boils water out of rich glycol, typically holding the reboiler near 350-400 deg F for TEG, plus the still column, surge tank, and stripping-gas connections that return lean glycol to the contactor.
Solid Desiccant Dryers
Adsorption units using molecular sieve, activated alumina, or silica gel beds in a switching twin-tower arrangement to reach the very low water dew points required for cryogenic processing, NGL recovery, and LNG feed gas.
Crude Oil Dehydration and Dewatering Equipment
Treaters and separation equipment that remove free and emulsified water from produced crude, including heater-treaters and electrostatic units, to meet basic sediment and water (BS&W) specifications for sales crude.
BTEX and VOC Vapor Recovery Systems
Condensers, flash separators, and vapor recovery units that capture or destroy benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, and other volatile organics vented from the glycol regenerator still to meet air-emission limits.
Sludge Treatment and Solid-Liquid Separation Equipment
Equipment that separates solids from water and oil in tank bottoms and produced sludge, using filtration, centrifugation, or thickening to reduce waste volume and recover hydrocarbons.
Dehydration Chemicals and Glycols
Consumable absorbents and treating chemicals, principally triethylene glycol and related glycols, along with pH buffers and antifoam agents used to maintain dehydration unit performance.
