Mist Eliminators & Demister Pads
Knitted wire-mesh or vane-pack devices installed in vessels to coalesce and remove fine entrained liquid droplets from a rising gas stream. Mesh pads use surface area and droplet impingement, while vane packs use directional change to capture liquids at higher gas velocities.
Knitted Wire Mesh
Interlocked metal wire knitted into pad or roll form used as the coalescing media in mist eliminators and gas-liquid separators. Available in various wire diameters, densities, and alloys to balance separation efficiency against pressure drop.
Cartridge & Bag Filters
Replaceable filter elements housed in pressure vessels to capture particulate from liquid or gas streams at defined micron ratings. Cartridges suit fine, high-efficiency filtration while bags handle higher dirt-holding capacity at lower cost per change-out.
Strainers (Y-Type & Basket)
Inline mechanical screens that trap coarse debris to protect pumps, meters, valves, and nozzles. Y strainers are compact for smaller lines and continuous service, while basket strainers offer larger screen area and easier cleaning for higher flow rates.
Production Separators
Pressure vessels that separate the produced fluid stream into gas, oil, and water phases by gravity and velocity reduction. Configurations include two-phase and three-phase, horizontal and vertical, sized per API 12J for a given flow and pressure.
Sand Mitigation Equipment
Desanders, sand filters, and erosion-resistant separators that remove abrasive sand and solids from produced fluids. Used to protect downstream equipment from erosion during flowback and high-solids production.
Lube Oil Consoles
Skid-mounted systems that filter, cool, and condition lubricating oil for rotating equipment such as compressors and turbines. Built to API 614 with filters, coolers, pumps, and reservoirs to deliver clean oil at controlled temperature and pressure.
Coalescers & Gas-Liquid Filter Separators
Two-stage units that first remove bulk liquid and solids, then use coalescing elements to merge fine aerosols into drainable droplets. Used to protect compressors, contactors, and instrumentation from liquid carryover.
