Gas Engines

Gen-sets engineered to run on raw or lightly conditioned wellhead and associated gas of variable composition. They convert produced or stranded gas into on-site electricity, reducing flaring and grid dependence at remote production sites.

Spark-ignited gen-sets fueled by treated, consistent-quality pipeline natural gas. They serve prime and standby power at facilities where a stable, high-methane-number fuel supply is available.

Lean-burn engines configured to recover exhaust and jacket-water heat alongside electrical output in combined-heat-and-power installations. They raise overall fuel utilization where both power and process or building heat are needed.

Engines hardened for low-Btu, contaminant-bearing fuels derived from anaerobic digestion, landfills, or coal mine gas. Reinforced combustion components and fuel pretreatment accommodate hydrogen sulfide, siloxanes, and reduced methane content.

Gas engines paired with vaporization or pressure-regulation skids to burn regasified LNG or compressed natural gas. They supply power where gas arrives as a liquefied or compressed fuel rather than by pipeline.

Engines rated to operate on natural gas blended with hydrogen, or convertible to higher hydrogen fractions, to lower carbon intensity. Combustion control and materials are specified for hydrogen's faster flame speed and wider flammability range.

Factory-rebuilt or overhauled engines restored to defined performance and tolerance specifications using replaced and reconditioned components. They offer a lower-cost alternative to new units with a documented restoration scope.
