Compression

Positive-displacement units that use one or more pistons in cylinders to compress gas, delivering high pressure ratios at moderate flow. Widely used for gas lift, gas gathering, re-injection, and high-pressure boosting where discharge pressures are high.

Positive-displacement machines using intermeshing helical rotors to compress gas continuously, available in oil-flooded and dry-screw designs. Common for vapor recovery, low-to-medium pressure gas gathering, and applications requiring steady, pulsation-free flow.

Dynamic machines that accelerate gas with a rotating impeller and convert velocity to pressure in a diffuser, suited to high flow rates at moderate pressure ratios. Used in gas processing plants, pipeline transmission, and large gas injection duties.

Field compressor packages sized to boost low-pressure wellhead or casinghead gas for artificial lift and to overcome declining reservoir pressure. Typically skid-mounted reciprocating or screw units placed at or near the wellsite.

Compressor packages that capture low-pressure hydrocarbon vapors from storage tanks and separators and return them to a sales line or process. Used to reduce emissions and recover marketable gas, often using screw or small reciprocating compressors.

Integrated assemblies combining the compressor frame, driver, cooler, scrubbers, piping, and controls on a common skid for field deployment. Sold as engineered units sized to a specific flow, pressure, and gas-composition duty.
