Product Families
Mud Pumps
Reciprocating positive-displacement pumps, typically triplex or duplex, that circulate drilling fluid during drilling. Built as a power end and a replaceable fluid end, with consumable parts such as liners, pistons, valves, and seats.
Pulsation Dampeners
Gas-charged or appendage vessels installed on the discharge (and sometimes suction) of reciprocating pumps to absorb the pressure pulses produced by each plunger stroke. They smooth flow, reduce piping vibration and fatigue, and protect instruments and downstream equipment.
Frac / Fracturing Pumps
Very high-pressure, high-horsepower reciprocating plunger pumps used in hydraulic fracturing to inject fluid and proppant into the formation. Often skid- or trailer-mounted in large horsepower ratings.
Back Pressure Valves
Spring- or pilot-loaded valves that maintain a set minimum pressure on the pump discharge to ensure stable flow and accurate dosing. They are common on chemical injection and metering pump systems to prevent siphoning and flooding of the pump.
Cementing Pumps
High-pressure plunger or triplex pumps used to mix and place cement slurry into the wellbore for zonal isolation and casing support. Part of cementing equipment spreads on land and offshore.
Suction Stabilizers
Compact pulsation-control devices fitted on the pump suction line to dampen acceleration head and inlet pressure swings. They protect against cavitation and improve volumetric efficiency on positive-displacement pumps.
Centrifugal Pumps (API 610)
Rotodynamic pumps that use a rotating impeller to move fluid, used for transfer, water, and process duty. Process units in oil and gas service are commonly built to API Standard 610, including between-bearing and magnetic-drive configurations.
Relief and Safety Valves
Pressure-relief devices that open at a preset pressure to protect the pump, fluid end, and piping from overpressure when a discharge line is blocked. Sizing and selection follow API 520/521 practice for the duty.
Pump Cooling Accessories
Components such as packing flush systems, cooling jackets, fan-cooled lube coolers, and circulation lines that remove heat from packing, stuffing boxes, and the power end. They control operating temperature to protect seals, bearings, and lubricant.
High-Pressure Plunger Pumps
Reciprocating positive-displacement pumps using plungers and packing to develop high discharge pressure for jetting, washing, testing, and injection. Rely on high-pressure seals at the fluid end.
Pulsation and Vibration Isolation
Flexible connectors, expansion joints, and pipe supports that decouple the pump from rigid piping to reduce transmitted vibration. They lower fatigue stress on welds, flanges, and adjacent equipment.
Chemical Injection Pumps
Small metering pumps, often plunger or diaphragm type, that inject precise, controllable rates of inhibitors, scavengers, and other chemicals into wells and process streams.
Gear, Lobe & Rotary Pumps
Rotary positive-displacement pumps that trap fluid between meshing gears or rotating lobes to deliver smooth, metered flow. Used for transfer of viscous fluids, lubricants, and chemicals.
Lubrication and Sealing Components
Accessories that maintain lubrication and pressure containment, including packing sets, lube oil pumps, and seal flush kits for the power and fluid ends. They keep the pump within its rated leakage and wear limits.
Diaphragm & Multiphase Pumps
Diaphragm pumps use a flexing membrane to move fluid without dynamic seals, suited to abrasive or hazardous media; multiphase pumps move mixed gas-liquid produced fluids without prior separation.
