Adapters & Spools

Flanged tubular bodies that connect two wellhead sections of differing bore, pressure rating, or flange size, transitioning the stack from one component to the next. They commonly mate a casing head to a tubing head or a tubing head to a tree.

Short flanged adapters with studded (no-blind) flanges on both ends, used to bolt together two flanged components that would otherwise not mate directly. They are frequently used to convert between flange sizes or pressure ratings on a BOP stack or tree.

Adapters that cross over between two different connection types or sizes, such as flange-to-flange or flange-to-hub. They allow equipment of mismatched end connections to be joined in a stack.

Spools installed in the BOP stack to provide side outlets for the choke and kill lines during drilling operations. They give controlled access to the wellbore annulus for well-control circulation.

Straight flanged spools that add vertical height or working clearance to a wellhead or BOP stack without changing bore or pressure rating. Riser spools extend the stack to required elevation for operations or surface access.

Base wellhead components that seat the first casing string and provide the bowl profile to land and seal subsequent casing hangers. Modular casing bowls stack to support multiple casing strings and provide annulus access outlets.

Multi-function spools that combine casing or tubing suspension with adapting and side-outlet functions in a single body. They consolidate the bowl, hanger seat, and outlet connections to reduce stack height and connection count.

Single-piece flanges and straight flanged connectors used to terminate or transition a connection, including weld-neck and threaded adapter flanges. They provide the standardized ring-joint flange face for mating wellhead and tree equipment.
