Subsea Trees

Trees in which the production master and wing valves are stacked vertically in the main bore above a tubing hanger landed in the wellhead, allowing the tree to be retrieved independently of the tubing. They suit wells with stable completions and fewer expected workovers.

Trees in which the master valves are arranged on the side (horizontal) outlets and the tubing hanger is landed inside the tree body rather than the wellhead. This design favors wells expecting frequent intervention, since tubing can be pulled without removing the tree.

Subsea trees configured to control and route produced oil and gas from the reservoir to the flowline, incorporating production master, wing, and choke functions along with monitoring instrumentation.

Subsea trees built to control the injection of water or gas into a reservoir for pressure maintenance or disposal, with valve trims and materials selected for injection-service duty rather than production flow.

Adjustable or fixed chokes and associated flow-control assemblies integrated into the tree to regulate flow rate and pressure drop, often retrievable independently for maintenance.

The hydraulic or mechanical connectors that join the tree to the wellhead and the tubing hanger that suspends and seals the production tubing, defining the load and pressure interface of the well.

Tree-top hubs, crown plugs, and tree caps that provide the connection points for workover risers, intervention tooling, and well control during completion, well servicing, and abandonment.
