Controllers and drives that regulate individual fracturing pump units, holding commanded rate or pressure by managing engine throttle, transmission gear, and (on electric fleets) motor speed. Rate-hold features are often marketed as 'cruise control' for the pump.

Supervisory systems that coordinate the entire frac fleet—multiple pumps, blender, and manifold—from one operator station, automating pump staging, total-rate distribution, and stage sequencing across the spread.

Operator control cabins housing the HMI workstations, data acquisition, and communications that display and record treatment parameters in real time and serve as the command point for the job.

Combustion-management and flame-monitoring systems for hot-oil units and fired heaters that supervise ignition, prove flame presence, and shut off fuel on flame failure per applicable burner-safety codes.

Pressure, rate, density, temperature, and speed transducers, together with junction and signal-conditioning hardware, that feed the control system the measurements used to close treatment-parameter loops.
