Product Families
Mobile Generation Units
Trailer- or skid-mounted gas turbine generators and reciprocating gas engine gensets that produce electrical power on location, typically fueled by field gas or CNG/LNG. They form the prime power source for an electric frac fleet.
Medium-Voltage Switchgear & Distribution
Switchgear lineups, breakers, and power distribution units that collect generated power and route it to individual loads. They provide isolation, metering, and fault protection across the fleet's electrical bus.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Power-electronic drives that convert and modulate frequency and voltage to control the speed and torque of the induction motors driving the frac pumps. VFDs allow precise rate and pressure control during a treatment.
Power Transformers
Step-up and step-down transformers that match generator output voltage to the levels required by switchgear, drives, and auxiliary loads. They are commonly mobile or containerized for wellsite deployment.
Electric Frac Pump Units
Motor-driven fracturing pump trailers in which an electric induction motor replaces the diesel engine and transmission, coupled to a high-pressure plunger (triplex or quintuplex) pump.
Power Cabling & Connection Systems
Medium-voltage cables, quick-connect couplers, junction boxes, and cable management used to interconnect generation, distribution, and pump units. They are rated for repeated field make-and-break and wellsite environmental exposure.
Control & Monitoring Systems
PLC/SCADA control, power management, and remote monitoring systems that coordinate generation, load sharing, and pump operation across the fleet. They manage protection coordination, data logging, and operator interface.
Energy Storage & Power Conditioning
Battery energy storage systems and power-conditioning equipment that buffer transient loads, support peak shaving, and stabilize the bus during rapid rate changes on electric fleets.
