Flowback Equipment

Skid-mounted assemblies of adjustable and fixed chokes, valves, and flow tees used to control wellhead pressure and flow rate during flowback and well testing. Built to API 16C flow-control service ratings.

Pressure vessels that remove proppant and formation sand from the flow stream to protect downstream chokes, lines, and tanks from erosion. Configurations range from single-pot cyclone separators to dual-pot units allowing online dump and cleanout.

In-line vessels positioned upstream of separators to capture composite frac-plug debris, ball drop-balls, and large solids produced during drill-out. They prevent obstruction and erosion of the choke manifold and sand separators.

High-pressure pipe-and-valve manifolds that route frac fluid to one or more wells on a pad and isolate wells for alternating (zipper) stimulation and flowback. Frac trees provide the well-control valve stack at each wellhead.

Rigid pipe, swivel joints, integral-union fittings, and treating iron that connect wellheads, manifolds, separators, and tanks. Components are pressure-rated for abrasive, high-pressure flowback and frac service.

Atmospheric or low-pressure surface tanks, including frac (gun-barrel) tanks and closed-top vessels, used to hold returned fluids and settle remaining solids before disposal, recycling, or transfer to production.

Vertical and horizontal combustors that burn associated gas during flowback when capture is not available, plus the routing equipment that enables zero-flare or gas-capture alternatives for emissions reduction.

Integrated rental spreads combining separators, metering, and the choke manifold to measure oil, gas, and water rates during early production and to evaluate well deliverability after stimulation.
