Direct Drive Nat Gas Recip

Trailer- or skid-mounted frac pump packages in which a natural gas engine drives a reciprocating plunger pump through a mechanical transmission and driveline without diesel power. The direct mechanical path delivers hydraulic horsepower to the fluid end for stage pumping.

Pump units whose engines substitute a portion of diesel with natural gas to cut diesel consumption and emissions. They retain diesel ignition while displacing fuel with field gas, CNG, or LNG.

The high-pressure plunger pump end that pressurizes fracturing fluid and proppant, including valves, seats, packing, and plungers. Fluid ends are consumable, high-wear components rated to several thousand psi and replaced on a service interval.

The natural gas engine, transmission, clutch, and driveline assembly that converts fuel into rotating power for the pump crankshaft. Packages are matched to pump rating and stage flow requirements.

Equipment that filters, regulates, and meters field gas, CNG, or LNG to engine-grade fuel quality and pressure. Conditioning protects the engine and stabilizes combustion across variable wellsite gas composition.

Frac iron, missiles, and zipper or pump-discharge manifolds that route high-pressure fluid from the pump units to the wellhead. This flow iron is rated for abrasive proppant-laden service at frac pressures.

Programmable controls, sensors, and data systems that govern engine speed, pump rate, and discharge pressure during a stage. They enable remote operation, rate ramping, and fleet coordination.
