T4 DGB

Mobile high-horsepower pressure pumping units built on a Tier 4 Final diesel engine with a dynamic gas blending kit and triplex or quintuplex plunger pump. Used as the core pumping power on a conventional diesel-electric or mechanical frac spread.

Retrofit fuel-substitution systems that add gaseous fuel metering, mixing, and engine control to an existing Tier 4 diesel frac engine. They enable diesel displacement without replacing the base engine or pump.

Field gas treatment, pressure regulation, filtration, and metering skids that deliver fuel-quality natural gas, CNG, or LNG vapor to the DGB engines. Required to keep gas pressure, temperature, and composition within engine tolerances during pumping.

On-site fuel infrastructure including CNG storage and decompression, LNG tanks with vaporizers, or wellhead/pipeline field-gas tie-ins. These supply the substitute fuel that the DGB system blends with diesel.

Supporting frac spread equipment that mixes water, chemicals, gel, and proppant into the fracturing slurry feeding the DGB pump units. Many of these support units are also offered with Tier 4 DGB or dual-fuel power packs.

Manifolds, missiles, swivel joints, and rigid/flexible flow lines that route high-pressure fluid from the pumps to the wellhead. Components are pressure-rated and built to API 6A and API 16C/16A requirements.

Electronic control units, gas-substitution controllers, and aftertreatment (DOC/DPF/SCR) packages that maintain Tier 4 Final emissions compliance while managing the diesel-to-gas blend ratio. They govern substitution rate, knock protection, and load transients.
