Pup Joints & Flowline Pipe
Straight integral or welded sections of high-pressure pipe with hammer-union ends used to make up flowlines between pumps, manifolds, and the wellhead. Sold in standard lengths and figure ratings (e.g., FIG 1502) in both standard-bore and large-bore configurations.
Hammer Unions & Union Fittings
Quick-connect wing unions consisting of a male sub, female sub, and threaded wing nut hammered tight to form a metal-to-seal joint without flanges. Figure designations (1002, 1502, 2002) define thread profile and pressure rating and prevent cross-mating of incompatible ratings.
Swivel Joints, Crossovers & Flow Crosses
Articulating swivels that allow flowlines to flex and rotate, crossovers that adapt between different union figures or bore sizes, and tees, ells, laterals, and flow crosses that split or combine flow paths. These geometry-changing fittings route slurry around equipment and the wellhead.
Plug Valves & Frac Valves
Quarter-turn plug valves rated for abrasive slurry that serve as primary isolation and shut-off devices on treating lines and manifolds. Available in standard and large-bore sizes with replaceable sleeves and field-serviceable trims for frac service.
Check Valves
One-way valves (dart, flapper, or piston style) installed in treating lines to prevent backflow toward the pumps and protect equipment from sudden pressure reversal during pumping operations.
Choke Valves, Manifolds & Choke Trim
Adjustable and positive chokes used to control flow rate and backpressure during flowback and well testing, supplied as standalone valves or assembled choke manifolds. Replaceable choke trim (beans, seats, stems) handles the erosive wear of throttling proppant- and sand-laden flow.
Manifold & Missile Systems
Engineered assemblies including frac manifolds, missiles, and standby/zipper manifolds that consolidate flow from multiple pump units into a single high-pressure header feeding the wellhead. Configured with isolation valves, large-bore and monobore trunk lines, and pressure-rated branch connections.
Recertification & Inspection Services
Aftermarket services covering NDE inspection, wall-thickness and ultrasonic measurement, pressure testing, and recertification of in-service treating iron to confirm fitness for continued high-pressure use. Includes rework, reseating, and retagging of unions, valves, and flowline components.
