Casing & Tubing

Large-diameter pipe run and cemented to line the wellbore and isolate formations, sized by outside diameter, weight, and grade per API 5CT. Includes surface, intermediate, and production casing strings.

Smaller-diameter pipe string suspended inside the production casing to flow produced oil or gas to surface. Manufactured and graded under API 5CT and selected for the well's pressure and corrosion conditions.

Internally threaded short sleeves used to join two pipe joints end to end. Casing collars are produced to API 5CT coupling dimensions in matching grades to provide a connection of equal or greater strength than the pipe body.

Short lengths of casing or tubing, threaded on both ends, used to make up a string to an exact total length or to space out downhole tools. Supplied in standard incremental lengths in the same grade and connection as the running string.

Threaded joint connections that mechanically link pipe and provide a pressure seal, ranging from API round (STC/LTC) and buttress (BTC) threads to proprietary premium connections with metal-to-metal seals for high-pressure or gas service.

Working and master thread gauges, ring and plug gauges, and inspection instruments used to verify thread dimensions and standoff per API Spec 5B. Ensures connection interchangeability and seal integrity before running pipe.

Cutting, recutting, and inspection of API or premium threads on plain-end pipe and couplings. Performed to API 5B gauging tolerances by licensed threading facilities.
