Chemical Injection Check Valves

Valves using a hinged disc that swings off the seat under forward flow and falls closed under gravity and back-pressure. Widely used on horizontal liquid lines where low pressure drop is preferred.

Spring-assisted valves in which a disc moves axially along the flow centerline, giving fast closure and minimal slam. Common on gas and compressor discharge lines where reverse-flow water hammer must be limited.

Compact valves clamped between pipe flanges, using one or two spring-loaded plates that close rapidly on flow reversal. Their short face-to-face length and light weight suit space- and weight-constrained installations.

Valves in which a disc or piston rises vertically off the seat under forward flow and reseats on reverse flow. Used for high-pressure, smaller-bore lines and where tight shutoff is required.

Full-bore check valves built to API 6D for oil and gas transmission and gathering lines, often piggable and flanged or butt-weld end. Sized for low pressure loss at high throughput.

Check valves rated and trimmed to API 6A material and pressure classes for surface wellhead, tree, and frac service. Built for sour-service and high-pressure injection duty.

Multifunction valves that combine a check element with a bypass to maintain minimum continuous flow through a centrifugal pump, protecting it at low or no-demand conditions. They prevent reverse flow while routing excess flow back to the system.

Valves using a free or guided ball that seats against a port on reverse flow. Tolerant of viscous, slurry, or solids-laden fluids common in chemical injection and dosing lines.
