Straight (Mill) Slotted Pipe
Casing or tubing cut with straight, axial or transverse slots produced by milling saws or cutting wheels, used as low-cost sand-control liner and as base pipe for wire-wrapped screens.
Keystone / Bridge-Slotted Pipe
Slotted pipe with a trapezoidal (keystone) or staggered bridge-slot pattern that is wider on the inside diameter than the outside, so retained sand cannot wedge and plug the slot, improving inflow and reducing bridging.
Laser-Slotted / Laser-Perforated Pipe
Pipe in which apertures are cut by laser, allowing very narrow, precise slot widths and tight tolerances for fine-grained sand control where mechanical milling cannot hold the required gap.
