Product Families
Choke Manifolds
Assemblies of valves, chokes, fittings, and headers that receive BOP returns and route flow through chokes to control backpressure during well control operations. Built to API 16C with multiple flow paths for redundancy.
Kill Manifolds
Valve and piping assemblies on the kill line that allow kill-weight mud or fluid to be pumped into the well via the BOP stack. Often integrated or paired with the choke manifold in combined choke-and-kill packages.
Adjustable (Variable) Chokes
Throttling valves with a variable orifice—manual hand-wheel or hydraulically actuated—used to precisely regulate flow and impose controlled backpressure while circulating out a kick.
Fixed (Positive) Chokes
Chokes with a fixed-bore replaceable bean or insert that provide a set flow restriction, used as backup flow paths or for predictable, steady-rate flow control on the manifold.
Choke and Kill Hoses
Flexible high-pressure hoses, typically wire-reinforced and rated to API 16C, connecting the BOP stack to the choke and kill manifolds while accommodating rig movement and thermal expansion.
BOP Control Hoses
Hydraulic hoses, generally to API 16D, that transmit control fluid to actuate BOP rams, annular preventers, and choke/kill valves from the control unit (accumulator/koomey unit).
Choke and Kill Valves and Bodies
Gate valves, choke bodies, and associated trim that make up the flow control points of the manifold, rated for high pressure and sour service per API 16C and API 6A material requirements.
Choke and Kill Instrumentation
Pressure gauges, transducers, flow sensors, and choke position indicators that give the operator the standpipe, casing, and choke-line readings needed to manage bottomhole pressure during a kill.
