Integral Bonnet Needle Valves
Needle valves machined with the bonnet forged or machined as one piece with the body, eliminating a bonnet joint to reduce leak paths and suit high-pressure, vibration-prone instrument service.
Bolted / Union Bonnet Needle Valves
Designs with a separate bonnet attached by bolting or a threaded union, allowing the stem and packing to be serviced or rebuilt in the field without removing the valve from the line.
Gauge Root Valves
Single needle valves installed at the root of a pressure gauge or instrument tap to isolate the instrument for calibration, removal, or replacement while the process stays live.
Block-and-Bleed Valves

Hard-Seat / Soft-Seat Needle Valves
Variants distinguished by seat construction: metal-to-metal (hard) seats for high-temperature and abrasive service, or polymer (soft) seats such as PTFE for tighter bubble-tight shutoff at lower temperatures.
Angle-Pattern Needle Valves
Needle valves with inlet and outlet at 90 degrees, used where the flow path must turn and to simplify direct mounting of gauges or instruments at a tap point.
