Aeroflex Industries Limited is an Indian manufacturer of stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses, PTFE hoses, composite hoses, metal bellows, expansion joints, and industrial hose assemblies. Founded in 2015 by Yusuf M Kagzi in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company operates an ultra-modern manufacturing facility near Taloja MIDC producing hoses from DN6 (1/4 inch) to DN300 (12 inch) in SS304, SS316, SS321, and SS316L material grades. Aeroflex offers both hydro-formed and mechanically-formed corrugated hoses with beam-type braiding, rated for temperatures from -230C to +700C. The company holds approximately 40% market share in the organized Indian flexible hose sector and exports to over 80 countries across Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Aeroflex completed its IPO in August 2024 and is listed on both the BSE and NSE (ticker: AEROFLEX). A subsidiary of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited (formerly SAT Industries Limited), the company reported annual revenue of approximately 408 Crores (around USD 42 million trailing twelve months as of mid-2025) and employs 556 people. Key end markets include oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, steel manufacturing, LNG transfer, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries. The company also recently entered the liquid-cooling skid market for data centers.
