Al Ghaith Industries LLC is a UAE-based chlor-alkali chemicals manufacturer established in 2006 as part of the Al Ghaith Group of companies. The company operates the largest chlor-alkali plant in the UAE and one of the largest in the MENA region, located in ICAD1 Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. Using membrane cell technology licensed from Asahi Kasei Japan, the plant produces 240 MT of caustic soda daily with 24/7 computerized monitoring. Key products include caustic soda lye (84,000 MT/year), hydrochloric acid (115,500 MT/year), sodium hypochlorite (28,000 MT/year), calcium chloride granules (43,750 MT/year), sodium chloride (80,000 MT/year), and carbon dioxide (19,000 MT/year). The company serves oil drilling, oil refinery, petrochemical, power generation, water treatment, and food and beverage industries across the UAE, Oman, MENA region, Asia, Africa, and South America. Distribution is handled by a fleet of 23 bulk road tankers and gas container vehicles. Al Ghaith Industries also operates Al Ghaith Chemical Industries LLC in Sur Industrial City, Oman, producing caustic soda with expansion plans for Iraq and Ethiopia.
