Founded circa 2010 by Prabhat Kumar, ACT operates advanced CNC machining centers at its headquarters in Burleson, Texas (20 minutes south of Fort Worth on I-35W). The company holds 8 API licenses and manufactures drillable bridge plugs, frac plugs, cement retainers, hydraulic set permanent and retrievable packers, wireline/hydraulic/hydro-mechanical setting tools, gate valves, choke valves, Christmas trees, manifolds, hammer unions, gas lift equipment, wireline pressure control tools, and coiled tubing equipment. ACT maintains production houses in the US, India, and China, with a captive forging plant in India through parent company Parveen Industries. With 30+ years of combined downhole tool design experience, ~46 employees, and ~$15M annual revenue, ACT serves clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, and Southeast Asia through stocking points and distributors worldwide.
