Originally established in Shanghai as Shanghai Tianyu Petroleum Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. in November 2012 with initial capital of $3 million USD, the company relocated to Anhui province and was re-established as Anhui Tianyu in 2016. The company has over 150 employees and manufacturing plants totaling over 238,240 square feet. TianyuMfg holds API Specification Q1 (Q1-2494) and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, with all manufacturing organized by strictly following API and Q1 Spec requirements. Over 1,000 sets of fluid ends manufactured by Tianyu have been deployed in oilfields across the United States, serving major production areas including the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, and Marcellus shale plays. The company manufactures standard quintuplex and triplex fluid ends that are 100% interchangeable with pumps from Weir SPM, Gardner Denver, Halliburton, FMC, and OPI. Tianyu guarantees a minimum of 500 pumping hours for carbon-steel fluid ends and 1,000 pumping hours for stainless steel fluid ends, with stainless steel units averaging over 1,500 hours and achieving a maximum of 3,680 hours.
