Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Tianjin OCTG Manufacturing Branch is a specialized division of CNPC Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (BSG), one of China's largest welded and seamless pipe manufacturers established in 1958 as one of 156 national key projects during the First Five-Year Plan. The Tianjin OCTG branch focuses on OCTG manufacturing including casing and tubing production with API 5B (Threading/Gauging) and API 5CT (Casing/Tubing) certifications. BSG as a whole has annual steel pipe production capacity exceeding 2,115,000 tons and has exported products to over 20 countries. The parent company BSG is a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and owns multiple subsidiaries including Liaoyang Pipe Mill, Ziyang Pipe Mill, the Coiled Tubing Branch, and joint ventures with Sumitomo Metal.
