BEA Srl, operating under the BEA Group brand, is an Italian manufacturer of industrial fastening products for the energy sector, established in 1964. Headquartered in Solbiate Olona (Varese), near Milan, the company is widely recognized as one of the world's leading producers of bolting materials for oil and gas, petrochemical, nuclear, marine/subsea, wind energy, and power generation applications. BEA's core product range includes stud bolts (5/16" to 7" / M6 to M180), heavy hex nuts (3/8" to 4" / M8 to M110), hex head bolts and socket cap-screws, and CNC-machined custom special parts. The company specializes in exotic and high-performance materials including Inconel 625 and 718, Monel 400 and 500, Super Duplex and Duplex stainless steel, precipitation-hardening austenitic steels, and conventional alloy/carbon steels. Manufacturing operations include thread rolling, hot forging (six vertical presses), heat treatment (five electric furnaces up to 1,180°C), precision machining (eight CNC machines), and full non-destructive testing capability (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetrant). BEA operates an automated warehouse with 2,500 storage locations and maintains stock of approximately 1,500 tonnes of finished product and 2,800 tonnes of raw material. A subsidiary, BEA Nederland BV, was established in 1992 near Rotterdam/Antwerp and serves as a major European stockholder with an 1,800 m² warehouse and same-day or next-day delivery capability. BEA holds approvals from major international energy companies including Shell, BP, Esso, ENI, Woodside, Saudi Aramco, and EPC contractors such as Saipem, Fluor, KBR, JGC Corporation, Aker-Kvaerner, and Tecnimont. The company has been ISO 9001 certified since the early 1990s and PED certified since 2009.
