Built on three core principles -- Safety, Reliability, and Experience -- Cadre operates as an extension of its customers' teams to maximize compression uptime and efficiency. The company provides full-service contract compression including fleet deployment, 24/7 remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, emergency response, equipment installation and commissioning, and compression fleet lifecycle management. Field technicians are trained on Ariel Gas Compressors and natural gas engine systems, utilizing laser alignment tools, emissions analyzers, and 24-volt diagnostic equipment. The executive leadership team brings over 60 combined years of compression industry experience drawn from top industry operators including Kodiak Gas Services and Custom Compression Systems: CEO Craig Collins (former EVP & General Counsel at Kodiak Gas Services), COO Jesus Elizondo (15+ years field operations, federal and state emissions regulation expertise), CFO Alex LaPiana (10+ years O&G finance, former Kodiak Gas Services), and EVP Fleet Joey Belfour (15+ years compression equipment packaging, OEM relationship management across multiple U.S. basins, former Custom Compression Systems). The company secured an asset-based lending credit facility from Texas Capital Bank in 2025 to support fleet acquisition and growth. Cadre held a Carlsbad, NM open house in 2025 and is actively expanding its team across field operations, finance, and administrative roles.
