DOTS for Engineering Industries is a 100% Egyptian-owned, API-certified oilfield machine shop established in 2008. The company traces its roots to 1985, when it operated under the name Technical Center for Engineering Industries. Registered with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), DOTS provides professional manufacturing, fabrication, repair, overhaul, and reconditioning services for the oil and gas, marine, power, chemical, and process industries. The facility in New Cairo houses over 60 CNC and manual machines with workpiece capacities up to 15 tons, a dedicated welding shop with automatic, semi-automatic, and manual welding systems, and a digitally controlled 850C PWHT oven (2m x 2m x 4m). DOTS employs over 150 trained personnel and maintains a stock of certified materials (4140, 4145, 4145H, 4130). The company holds API Monogram licenses for 16A, 16C, 5B, 6A, 7-1, 7-2, and is ISO and API Q1 certified. DOTS is an approved service facility for Cameron and Shenkai, serving regional and global industrial demands with 24/7 availability.
