Electric Line Technologies

Electric Line Technologies (ElTech) is an Acadiana-based manufacturer and supplier of electric line (e-line) wireline tools for the oil and gas industry. Founded in 2002 by Derrick Derouen, who brings over 25 years of experience in downhole tool design and manufacturing dating back to 1992, ElTech operates an on-site manufacturing shop in Broussard, Louisiana. The company produces centralizers (bow spring, roller-style, and pumpdown configurations), tungsten weight bars, cable heads, crossovers, e-line swivels, grease heads, roller skates, and shock absorbers. ElTech maintains a large inventory of standard tools for rapid fulfillment and also builds custom-designed tools to customer specifications. The company also offers tungsten weight bar rebuild and buy-back services.
