Gus Fabrication is a coiled tubing equipment manufacturer based in Jeanerette, Louisiana, operating since 1993. The company designs and builds reel trailers, spooling systems, control cabins, hydraulic power units, BOP stands, hose reel packages, and support equipment for coiled tubing service providers. Originally serving agriculture and oilfield sectors, Gus Fabrication pivoted to coiled tubing reels in 1998 and now operates over 100 reels in combined skid and trailer-mounted configurations. The 14-acre facility on the Bayou Teche includes over 100,000 square feet of covered fabrication space with in-house welding, roll-out, punching, sawing, cutting, shearing, drilling, bending, turning, and milling capabilities. The waterfront location provides access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. A registered professional engineer oversees all projects, backed by over 40 years of combined engineering experience.
