The partnership combines Guysons' local Guyanese expertise with K&B Industries' four decades of international oil and gas machine shop experience. The company offers OCTG, premium accessory, and turnkey manufacturing services in Guyana, strategically located near the GYSBI shore base. Capabilities include API and premium drill pipe threading, drill string component manufacture and repair (subs, crossovers, OEM components), full-length threading, end finishing, tubular accessories, quality assurance, torque and testing, and 24/7 truck fleet availability. The company won the ExxonMobil Guyana Partnership Excellence 2025 Award. Guysons also operates Guysons Oil & Gas, Logistics and Services Inc. to support Guyana's growing offshore oil and gas industry.
