Halliburton - Completion Tools

Halliburton Completion Tools is the completion equipment and technology division of Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL), one of the world's largest oilfield services companies. The division designs, manufactures, and provides downhole completion equipment and services to optimize well production across conventional, unconventional, deepwater, and geothermal applications. Core product lines include liner hangers (VersaFlex expandable systems), intelligent completions (SmartWell, DataSphere), sand control solutions, production packers, subsurface safety valves, frac plugs and sleeves, perforating systems, wellbore service tools, and completion fluids. The Completion Tools global headquarters and primary manufacturing center relocated from Houston to Singapore in 2011, with a 500,000+ sq ft facility in Jurong Industrial Park. Major R&D and manufacturing also occurs in Duncan, Oklahoma; Carrollton, Texas; and Arbroath, Scotland. The division operates within Halliburton's Completion and Production segment, led by SVP Shawn Stasiuk. Halliburton was founded in 1919 and employs approximately 46,000 people across 70+ countries, with 2025 company-wide revenue of approximately $22.2 billion. Completion Tools equipment has been deployed in thousands of wells globally, with the expandable liner hanger portfolio alone exceeding 10,000 runs since 2001.
