(also operating as Hebei Haien Special Pipe Industry Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese manufacturer of high-pressure rubber hoses and specialty plastic pipe products, headquartered in the Wuqiao Development Zone of Hebei Province, China. The company holds API Spec 7K and API Q1 certifications, making it one of a limited number of Chinese manufacturers authorized to produce petroleum drilling hoses to the international API standard. Founded and operating in the Cangzhou region of Hebei, the factory covers 45,000 square meters and employs approximately 1,500 staff including 80 engineering and technical personnel. It operates six production lines with more than 80 advanced production equipment sets, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million inch-meters of hose. Core oilfield products include API Spec 7K petroleum drilling rotary hoses (kelly hoses), high-pressure steel wire spiral hydraulic rubber hoses, and marine high-pressure oil hoses for use in drilling, well cementing, workover, and downhole servicing operations. The rotary drilling hose line spans Grades A through G, covering working pressures from 1,500 psi up to 15,000 psi, and is designed for conveying oil-based and water-based drilling muds between the standpipe and the traveling swivel. Beyond oilfield hoses, the company produces SAE/DIN hydraulic rubber hose series (SAE 100R1 through R17, DIN 1SC through 4SH), dredge hoses, mud piping hoses, slurry hoses, oil suction and discharge hoses, mining hoses, sand-blasting hoses, flexible metal hose assemblies, and spoolable reinforced plastic line pipe. Products are manufactured to national GB standards and international SAE, DIN, and API specifications.
