Hebei Jingbo Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. (河北景渤石油机械有限公司) is a technology-based private enterprise founded in 1986 and headquartered in Jing County, Hebei Province, China. The company is the first Class A qualified enterprise in well control equipment manufacturing in China and a first-level network member of the three major Chinese oil and gas groups: China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Sinopec, and CNOOC. It was formerly the High-Pressure Refractory Hose Branch of the China National Petroleum Corporation Well Control Equipment Manufacturing Supporting Center. Jingbo holds multiple API monogram licenses including API Spec 7K (License No. 7K-0376, FSL0/FSL1/FSL2) for high-pressure mud and cement hoses, API Spec 16C (License No. 16C-0374, FSL0/FSL1/FSL2/FSL3) for flexible choke and kill hoses, API Spec 16D (License No. 16D-0140) for BOP control systems, and API Q1 (License No. Q1-4758) quality management system certification. Additional certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CCS and ABS dual classification society certification, and CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation. The company holds seven invention patents and over forty utility model patents, and has developed more than 40 products including three state-level new products. Core products include high-strength drilling hoses (rotary vibrator hoses), BOP control hoses, flexible choke and kill lines, frac hoses, hammer unions, BOP rubber core assemblies, and oilfield drilling accessories.
