Hilong Petroleum Pipe Company L.L.C. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai-based Hilong Group, founded in 2008 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The company operates the largest drill pipe manufacturing plant in the region encompassing the Middle East, North Africa, West Africa, Europe, and the Indian sub-continent, and is the only facility in the region with a full range of specialist drilling products. Recognized as one of the world's top three global drill pipe companies, Hilong specializes in R&D, production, and sales of drilling tools including drill pipe, heavy weight drill pipe, drill collars, subs and stabilizers, pup joints, crossovers, and proprietary premium connections (HLIDS, HLMT, HLST, HLIST series). The Abu Dhabi manufacturing facility has an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons and features a state-of-the-art repair shop equipped with CNC machines, phosphating units, and hardbanding machines. The company's advanced steel pipe interior and exterior coating production line has an annual designed coating area exceeding eight million square meters. Products cover diameter ranges from 2-3/8 to 6-5/8 inches across all API standard specifications and steel grades, suitable for onshore and offshore drilling, Coal Bed Methane (CBM), and directional drilling applications.
