IAE International Inc., operating through its subsidiary Sniper Drilling Motors, designs and manufactures downhole drilling motors for the directional drilling market. Incorporated in Texas in 2011, the company builds on the engineering legacy of its sister company Integrated Applications Engineering, established in 1985. Sniper operates from a 34,000-square-foot purpose-built facility on six acres in North Houston, equipped with Weingartner milling machines, four breakout machines, two overhead cranes, and precision quality control instrumentation. The company maintains a rental fleet of approximately 250 motors and has sold over 300 units to customers across North and South America. Products include conventional, high-temperature, and high-torque performance mud motors in sizes ranging from 1-11/16" to 11-1/4" OD, along with North Seeking Gyro survey instruments and custom-engineered motor subassemblies. All manufacturing follows ISO and API specifications, with parts tracked through the OASIS documentation system. IAE International serves directional drilling companies operating in the Americas.
