JC Valvulas India Private Limited is the wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of JC Fábrica de Válvulas S.A. (Spain), a TTV-JC Valve Group company with over 50 years of global valve manufacturing history. The Indian entity was incorporated in June 2012 (CIN: U29100GJ2012PTC070676) and operates Unit 1 at Ramangamdi, Vadodara, Gujarat. The company manufactures and exports API 6D-compliant industrial valves including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, triple offset butterfly valves, and strainers for oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, and energy sectors. Products are certified to fire-safe standard API 6FA/ISO 10497, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 (sour service), and SIL 3, and carry 3.1 material traceability. Key international clients include TOTAL, ADNOC, Qatar Petroleum, PDO, Occidental, and KOC. Domestic clients include CAIRN, CPCL, KRIBHCO, and Madras Fertilisers. Revenue for FY 2024-25 was approximately INR 104 crores.
