Jiangsu Colves Fluid Control Co., Ltd. (JCFC) is a Chinese industrial valve manufacturer located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. Established in 2014 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Italian company COLVES Fluid Control SRL (originally founded in 1981), JCFC manufactures ball valves, gate valves, check valves, globe valves, strainers, level gauges, and sight glasses for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, infrastructure, and water treatment industries. The company holds API 600, API 6A, API 6D, and API Q1 certifications. In October 2023, JCFC was acquired by ACI-SOMAGEP, a subsidiary of the French PARLYM Group, which operates as a turnkey EPC industrial project provider serving energy, mining, and petrochemical sectors globally. The acquisition brought COLVES's design and engineering expertise from Italy together with JCFC's manufacturing capabilities in Nantong to serve PARLYM Group's valve supply chain requirements.
