Jiangsu Fujie Advanced Mechanical Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Fujie Group) is a Chinese manufacturer of forged and machined oilfield components founded in 1993 in Wujiang, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Originally established as Badu Forging and Machinery Co., Ltd., the company entered the oil and gas business in 2002, was reorganized as Fujie Group in 2009, and subsequently expanded through multiple API certifications. The group operates four factories within the Wujiang High-tech Industrial Park, encompassing 120,000 square meters of modern equipment and workshops, with 141 employees. Three branches cover assembly, surfacing (weld overlay), and die forging operations, while three subsidiaries include Suzhou Yulike Fluid Control Technology Co., Ltd. (flow control valves), Badu Mechanical Forging (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (forgings), and Fujie Oil and Gas Engineering Technical Service (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (oilfield services). Fujie holds API Q1, API 20C (Closed Die Forgings), API 6A (Wellhead and Tree Equipment), and API 20B certifications. The group forms a vertically integrated supply chain from raw material forging through parts finishing, weld overlay surfacing, and complete wellhead assembly, offering customers one-stop manufacturing services for oil, shale oil, natural gas, and shale gas production equipment. Products include casing head spools, wellhead components, subsea forgings, drilling equipment, and OEM machined parts.
