Jiangsu Golsun Special Pipes Co., Ltd. (江苏高盛特种管道有限公司), operating under the GOLSUN PIPE brand, is recognized as the earliest reinforced flexible composite pipe manufacturer in China. The company produces Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP), also known as flexible composite pipe, designed for onshore oil and gas gathering and transportation, high-pressure water injection, produced fluid transport, and natural gas distribution. Golsun Special Pipes is a subsidiary entity within the Jiangsu Zhengdao Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. (ZTOC) group, headquartered in Jiangsu Province, China. The ZTOC group holds API Monogram certifications including API 17J (Specification for Unbonded Flexible Pipe) and API Q1 (Quality Management System), covering the design, manufacture, and testing of flexible pipe systems and end connectors. Golsun RTP products use a multi-layer construction: an inner thermoplastic liner (polyethylene, polypropylene, or heat-resistant polyethylene) for corrosion and chemical resistance; a middle reinforcement layer of polyester yarn, aramid fiber, glass fiber, or steel wire/tape for pressure containment; and an outer polyolefin jacket for UV, abrasion, and weather protection. Products are available in sizes from 2 to 8 inches with maximum operating pressures up to 3,600 psi and temperatures up to 130°C. The GOLSUN PIPE brand is specifically positioned for onshore oilfield applications, supplying spoolable, corrosion-resistant alternatives to conventional carbon steel gathering lines. The ZTOC group as a whole reports annual sales of approximately 500 million RMB and exports to customers in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Golsun pipes have been deployed in crude oil transportation, gas gathering, high-pressure injection, and tertiary oil recovery projects in domestic and international markets.
