Jiangsu Shuguang Huayang Drilling Tool Co., Ltd. (JSH) is a joint venture established by Jiangsu Shuguang Group Co., Ltd. (holding company), Blue Diamond Pipe And Equipment SA (USA), and Wickander & Associates, Inc. (USA). The company has been manufacturing drill pipes since 1994 and claims to be at the birthplace of the first drill pipe in China. JSH is one of China's largest drilling tool manufacturing bases with an annual production capacity of 160,000-200,000 joints of drill pipes, drill collars, heavy weight drill pipes, non-magnetic drill collars, kellys, pup joints, HDD pipe, and other drilling tools. The facility covers approximately 400,000 square meters including 200,000 square meters of workshops in Shuguang Industrial Park, Baimi Town, Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company serves major Chinese NOCs (Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC) as well as international drilling companies. JSH holds API 5DP, 5CT, 6A, Spec 7, Spec 7-1, ISO 9001, NS-1 Level 5, and GOST certifications. Command Energy Services is their largest international sales distribution partner with inventory in USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
