Originally established in 2005 as a joint venture between MSL and Hydril USA to manufacture premium connections for the oil and gas sector, the entity was renamed Jindal Premium Connections Pvt. Ltd. in August 2013 and currently operates under license from Tenaris (TenarisHydril). The company manufactures threaded and coupled premium connections for casing and tubing, including the TenarisHydril 3SB premium connection with metal-to-metal seals. Holding API 5B (Threading and Gauging) and API 5CT (Casing and Tubing) certifications, the company supplies premium connections designed for the most challenging high-pressure, high-torque, and sour service well applications. By manufacturing premium connections as part of an integrated pipe manufacturing process with MSL, the company ensures the highest quality products through a unified quality management system aligned with Tenaris's global manufacturing standards.
