Kitz Corporation of Korea

Kitz Corporation of Korea (formerly Cephas Pipelines Corporation) is a South Korean butterfly valve manufacturer and subsidiary of KITZ Corporation, Japan's leading comprehensive valve manufacturer. Originally established in 1990 in Busan as Cephas Pipelines Corp., the company joined the KITZ Group in 2018 and was formally renamed Kitz Corporation of Korea in September 2023 following the merger of Cephas Pipelines and the former KITZ Corporation of Korea sales entity. The company specializes in butterfly valves ranging from DN50 (2 inches) to DN4000 (160 inches) across concentric, double eccentric, triple offset, waterworks, combined non-return, and cryogenic designs. Products are manufactured to API 609, ASME B16.34, MSS SP-67/68, and AWWA C504/516 standards with pressure ratings up to ASME Class 1500. Kitz Corporation of Korea serves power plants (nuclear, hydro, combined cycle), shipbuilding, LNG, seawater desalination, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries worldwide. The company has supplied products to major projects including Sadara (Dow Chemical), KNPC, Kinder Morgan, Petroperu, and multiple GE/Toshiba power plants globally.
