KSB MIL Controls Limited

KSB MIL Controls Limited is a subsidiary of KSB SE & Co. KGaA (Germany) and one of India's leading manufacturers of control valves and actuators for the process industries. Originally established as Masoneilan Valves India Limited in the early 1980s, the company was subsequently acquired by KSB Group and rebranded. KSB MIL operates two manufacturing facilities in Kerala, India: a large-valve plant and a standard-valve plant, both located in Thrissur district (Annamanada/Meladoor). The company holds API 6D Monogram License for ball valves and API Spec Q1 certification, along with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PED Module H, and SIL certifications for linear and rotary products. The product portfolio covers globe/angle control valves (½" to 36", up to ASME 4500# class), desuperheaters, pressure reducing stations, rotary valves, and pneumatic actuators for critical applications in oil and gas, power generation (thermal and nuclear), petrochemicals, fertilizers, and LNG. An installed base of over 100,000 control valves across India and globally is supported through KSB's SupremeServ after-sales network. The R&D Centre, approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India, is the first such facility in the Indian control valve industry.
