Lamina Y Placa Comercial S.A. De C.V. TH Plant Pesqueria is a dedicated large-diameter helical (spiral) welded pipe manufacturing facility operated by Villacero, a 100% Mexican steel company founded in 1955 and headquartered in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. The TH Plant (Tubería Helicoidal) in Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon commenced operations in 2011 with helical welding capabilities for larger pipe diameters, complementing Villacero's main ERW (electric resistance welded) pipe plant. This facility is separately API Monogram certified under API 5L for line pipe manufacturing, and holds independent API Q1 and ISO 9001 quality management certifications. The Pesqueria plant produces large-diameter spiral welded steel pipe used in oil and gas transmission pipeline applications and OCTG markets. The facility is strategically located in Nuevo Leon, Mexico's industrial heartland, with logistics access by road, rail, and sea for distribution across Mexico and export to North America, Asia, and South America. Villacero employs 501–1,000 people across its operations and serves the oil and gas, construction, automotive, and industrial sectors.
